Welcome to Planetary Coven (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), founded by Kelly Taylor Brown (“Founder” or “Owner”). By booking an appointment or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Appointments & Payments

• All appointments are pay to book and must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully received.

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for missed, canceled, or unused sessions.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may not be rescheduled unless explicitly provided for in a separate written client contract.

• Drop-in appointments are final and may not be canceled or rescheduled.

• While appointments may be scheduled with 48 hours’ notice, the Founder reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at their discretion. If the Founder cancels, a rescheduling option or refund may be offered at their sole discretion.

• The Founder always reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment for any reason.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for attending your scheduled session on time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, at our discretion, without a refund or rescheduling option.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, music, lyrics, digital downloads, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Planetary Coven and its Founder, Kelly Taylor Brown.

• No part of this website or its materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the Founder.

• Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, financial damages, and other legal remedies.

6. Recording and Media Usage

• All appointments are subject to audio and/or video recording.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and consent that such recordings may be used, in whole or in part, for future studio marketing, educational content, or promotional purposes by Planetary Coven and/or Kelly Taylor Brown.

• Any use of recordings will be handled with professional discretion and in alignment with the values of the Company.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions to these terms.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that all services provided are for educational, coaching, or entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

• We are not liable for any business, personal, or financial decisions made based on our sessions.

• Any materials, information, or guidance provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Planetary Coven and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
